These best-ever chicken tenders are the best chicken I have ever eaten! My kids loved them so much I had to hide them in the refrigerator so I could eat the leftovers! I had them on a salad the next day and they were still delicious reheated.
Breaking the rules
I feel like when I eat things like this I am breaking the rules. They are definitely NOT a low calorie food. However, if you are following the Trim Healthy Mama plan or are keto you are going to love these chicken tenders. They are super flavorful and the best part is they are SO CRISPY! Best-ever chicken tenders for sure made me feel like I was cheating while eating these for dinner the other night. We had them with green beans and we added a box of macaroni and cheese for our little people.
Baby AND Teenager approved
When I started cooking these everyone was outside playing. When they came inside they were wondering what in the world smelled so good. With a large family I find it easier most nights to make soup or a casserole (which isn’t a bad thing). My kids and husband would prefer a meal with meat, veggies, and starch every night! I just don’t feel like standing over the stove and cooking like that every night but these were TOTALLY WORTH IT!
Time to cook!
When it came time to cook these it really wasn’t a hard process. I spent a few minutes prepping the ingredients but then they didn’t take long to fry. I actually unloaded and loaded the dishwasher while they were frying. Busy Momma’s like to live life on the edge like this. We fry chicken and do dishes at the same time….can you see the adventure there?
Blessing my family with great food
I love blessing my family with great food. Best-ever chicken tenders definitely made everyone ask for more food like this. The only thing I needed to do was make sure I had the chicken thawed. I absolutely hate cooking frozen meat so this helps me bless my family by not feeling frustrated at 5:00 that I don’t have things ready to make dinner.
